| 1 July 2022 | Deadline for booking hotels. |
| 10 July 2022 | Deadline for VISA applications. |
| 19 July 2022 | Provisional seeding will be published. |
| 21 July 2022 | Final seeding will be published. |
| 22 July 2022 | Draws will be conducted and published. |
| 22 July 2022 | Deadline to nominate team manager / representative. |
| 22 July 2022 | Deadline for transport and accreditation requests. |
| 26 July 2022 | Deadline for booking practice courts. |
| 6 August 2022 | Team Managers’ Meeting – at 20.00 in Grand Hotel Union |
